How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Every order is different! After we confirm your order, you can expect to receive an invoice with an estimated completion date and delivery date. We also have two different price points for clients to consider: 1. Regular Lead Time, and 2. Expedited Lead Time.

Do you have printing only services? Can I send you my product to print on?
We source and procure products to your specifications, but we understand you may want to print on your own favourite brand product, or an existing item you own. Please whatsapp +852 92127521 for any special requests.

What are your prices?
We have two different prices for clients to consider: 1. Regular Lead Time, and 2. Expedited Lead Time. The Regular Lead Time will ensure you pay the lowest price, but the time you receive your products will be longer, while the Expedited Lead Time will ensure you receive your products within 3 to 15 days, depending on the quantity, at a higher cost. If I choose the Expedited Lead Time, will that affect the quality of the products?
No need to worry! The quality of the products will be the same whether you chose the Expedited Lead Time or the Regular Lead Time.

Do you provide samples?
Yes, you can pay for a sample product to be made before ordering anything in bulk. Please note that single items are very costly, but the cost will even out once you place a large order.

Do you do refunds? I purchased something that I don’t want.
Unfortunately we do not do refunds. Samples are recommended before placing a large order. We highly recommend placing your samples earlier than later to allot enough time for product approval and production. Every factor will increase your timeline!

Where are your facilities?
Our office is located in Central Hong Kong, and we have facilities in Kwai Chung and Mong Kok. Your products will come from either facilities, depending on the type of order and the orders currently on the production line. Any item that requires chrome plating will produced in our partner facility in China.

How do I check the status of my order?

Please be assured that we are implementing new systems to streamline your order inquiries! In the future, you will be provided with an invoice no. and password to check on the status of your order at any time. Any and all updates and statuses will be updated to the invoice form.
